New construction of a 130 units apartment complex in the City of Fresno, California. The complex will consist of five 3-story buildings on the 4.3-acre site. There will be 47 one-bedroom, 71 two bedrooms, 12 three bedrooms, and one community room. The design will incorporate a true neighborhood experience and environmentally sustainable features such as solar energy, water conservation, and waste recycle. Construction completion is estimated in the 4th Quarter of 2022.
